The way we met

I will be working with the choreographer and dancer Liv O’Donoghue on a series of productions in 2011 and 2012. The first of these, The way we met, is a stage production combining dance, music and film, which will premiere at the Hawk’s Well Theatre, Sligo, where O’Donoghue is dancer-in-residence this year. We have produced an accompanying short film which focuses on two generations of people from County Sligo and the role of dance in their lives. The product of a series of days spent among the unique people and landscape of the area, the film is directed and edited by Luca Truffarelli and Michele Ragni, choreographed by Liv O’Donoghue, with music by myself performed by the clarinettist Jonathan Sage.
